These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luminary Lens Productions, a video production company located at 2300 Willow Creek Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78741. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMINIARY LENS PRODUCTIONS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES.
Indemnification

Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Luminary Lens Productions for any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
Changes to Terms
Luminary Lens Productions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
